When you submit the project brief, we receive your name, company, work email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, requested service, budget range, timeline and project summary. The form also uses a temporary session cookie for security and processes your network address to limit abusive submissions.

Why we use it

We use the brief to understand the request, reply, plan a possible engagement and protect the form from misuse. We do not use project-brief details for automated decision-making or sell them to other organisations.

How it is handled

Valid submissions are delivered through authenticated encrypted email to Venna Vision. Rate-limit records store a keyed, unreadable identifier derived from the network address with timestamps; they are used only for abuse prevention. The website launches without analytics or advertising pixels.

Email providers and hosting suppliers may process the information as necessary to provide their services. We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting engagement, comply with legal obligations and protect the service.

You may ask whether Venna Vision holds information about your enquiry, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or choose another contact channel instead of the form.
